Following an initial face-to-face, telephone or Skype/Zoom meeting, where we discuss your criteria for search, you will be sent a report to enable you to identify suitable properties for viewing. All viewings will be arranged by RDPG Property Search for you to undertake yourself, at a convenient time for you.
Property pre-view & accompanied viewings
Following an initial face-to-face, telephone or Skype/Zoom meeting, when we discuss your criteria for search, we will send properties to enable you to identify suitable properties to view. RDPG Property Search will view all selected properties and offer accompanied viewings, with you.
Fully managed sale
Full inclusive service - including yourself accompanying the viewings, plus full negotiations on chosen properties, agreeing the purchase price on your behalf, progressing the sale with both solicitors, selling agent and mortgage brokers, assisting/progressing you through to exchange and on to completion.
Overseas and out of London
If you are out of the country - Following an initial face-to-face, telephone or Skype/Zoom meeting, where we discuss your criteria for search, you will be sent an analysis report to enable you to identify suitable properties for viewing. All viewings conducted by RDPG Property Search, will send you a feedback report and photographs, via WhatsApp or WeChat, or offer you a live FaceTime of your chosen properties.
View and review
Advice and support for you while you undertake your research, offering guidance on the properties you are considering. Once you have narrowed down the properties you would like to view, a RDPG Property Search agent will provide you with feedback on the properties you wish to view.
